DILF Lore
DILF Collective is a Hong Kong-based, Student-led art collective that aims at reconciling our contingent, contemporary culture with our innate desire to create.
The art world—oft-touted as part of "high culture"—can at times be self-repetitive, unimaginative, outdated, and most of all intimidating for casual audiences. In the face of rapid technological advance, however, the lofty and the immortal prove to be fleeting and contingent.
DILF Collective hopes to shift the art discourse from the formulaic model, built upon academic canon and tradition; to a more experimental one, situated aptly in the raucous yet exciting cacophony of contemporary culture.
